Self-Assessment

Go to the Family Caregivers of BC website to do your own self-assessment. The assessment will help you understand how well you are balancing the demands of caregiving. The website also contains a variety of resources to help you including a flip book on staying healthy while caregiving.

Caregivers' Aspirations, Realities and Expectations (C.A.R.E.) Tool

This tool was created by Canadian researchers to develop a comprehensive method of evaluating family caregivers' needs.
